Sam Korankye Ankrah. Obinim used some unprintable words in the attack on Rev. Korankye Ankrah over what the former considered as an attack against him in an interview the latter granted on Starr FM. But a statement by the GPCC, signed by its president Apostle Dr. Opoku Onyinah and several Vice Presidents stated that “no genuine servant of God will spew foul language against any person, poor or rich, man or woman, let alone a minister of the Gospel”. It added: “The abuse of unsuspecting Ghanaians by so-called men of God is becoming alarming and so evident. The increasing electronic

A real man restrains his sexual desires – Otabil

Written by | June 19, 2016 | 0
Real men are those who are able to restrain their sexual desires, Pastor Mensa Otabil has said. According to him, a man is one who takes responsibility for his actions and curtails his sexual craving. “A man must learn to restrain his sexual desires when he is becoming a man because when you are a teenager, your sexual instincts will become very wild, your mind will paint all kinds of pictures, your body will play havoc on you, your hormones are imbalanced, but what makes you a man is not just expressing what you feel, it is controlling what you feel, because people sometimes say: ‘Well, if you feel it do it…but that doesn’t show you as a man, it shows you as a person who has no self-control. So, why do we think that when it comes to sexual instincts, if you feel it and do it, you are

Being able to impregnate a woman or have children, is not what fatherhood is about, Pastor Mensa Otabil has said, adding “fatherhood is not for children, it’s for adults and for people who have the ability to have a relationship”. Teaching his congregation about fatherhood on Father’s Day (Sunday June 19), the founder of the International Central Gospel Church (ICGC) said it takes a man to be a father. According to him, a man is one who takes responsibility for his actions and curtails his sexual desires. According to him, a male learns sexual responsibility in the process of growing up from being a boy to being a man, “otherwise when you marry, faithfulness is going to become a problem for you.” “A man must learn to restrain his sexual desires when he is becoming a man because

Over the weekend, some online portals reported that the respected Prophet had predicted a one touch victory for the ruling party. The reports further claimed, the NPP intends to cause mayhem if the elections do not go their way. “I saw NPP shooting and creating problems; we have to pray against war in Ghana. 2016 elections must be peaceful, no all-die-be-die,” he was quoted as saying. The alleged remarks did not go down well with some NPP sympathisers, who lambasted the prophet on social media. However, speaking with Roman Fada, host of Atinka FM Mid-morning show, ‘Edwumaa oo” Monday, Prophet Kobi

Salome with the Head of John the Baptist,

Salome with the Head of John the Baptist, by Andrea Solario While Yochanan prepared the way for Yeshua’s first coming, we can understand that he has also prepared us for the coming return of the Messiah who will “suddenly” reappear and enter into the rebuilt Temple. “‘I will send my messenger, who will prepare the way before me.  Then suddenly the Lord you are seeking will come to His temple; the messenger of the covenant, whom you desire, will come,’ says the LORD Almighty.”  (3:1) In describing His return as suddenly, Malachi is warning us to be prepared for the Messiah’s coming and to not be caught off guard. However, it seems that Yeshua will not return until a Temple is prepared for Him, perhaps the Temple that the prophet Ezekiel describes at the end of his prophetic
